Welcome to jpflowerhk.com. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website and placing your order. By completing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Pricing

  • All product prices and discounts are as displayed on this website at the time of purchase.
  • The currency for all transactions is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  • You are required to complete the online billing form with all necessary information to proceed with an online transaction.

2. Order Confirmation and Product Availability

  • The Florist will provide a final confirmation of your order upon receipt, subject to product availability.
  • All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant products. Should the Florist be unable to provide any item in your order, we will notify you by phone or email on or before your requested delivery date to arrange for a substitution or a change in delivery date.
  • The Florist reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to the Florist's sole discretion and confirmation based on stock availability.

3. Delivery Service

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange for delivery or self-pickup as soon as possible.
  • Should you request a change of address while the product is being dispatched, the Florist reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

  • You must inspect your ordered items for any damage upon receipt.
  • If you find any damage to the product (excluding intentional damage), please notify our customer service department within **1 days** of the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or return.
  • The Florist will evaluate the validity of your request for a return or exchange and reserves the right to refuse any such application.

5. Transaction Record

  • Upon successful completion of your online transaction, we will send a purchase receipt to your email address. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase.
